Mitsubishi and Nissan pickups are some of the hardest-working vehicles in the UAE. They carry tools to sites, parts to customers and stock between branches, often on several stops a day. A bed that's organized saves time on every one of those stops.
Work pickups, work loads
On a work pickup the load changes all the time, and it's usually a mix: a tool chest, drill cases, a ladder, parts bins, a water cooler. Loose in the bed, that mix slides on every stop and turn, gets damaged and has to be dug out on site.
Single cabin or double cabin?
The bed length depends on the cab. A single cabin pickup has a longer bed for bigger loads, while a double cabin trades bed length for rear seats. What's in the kit
The Mitsubishi GL, GLS, GLX and Nissan Frontier kits each include:
- 24 interlocking 12" x 12" panels that form the bed mat
- 22 edge strips
- 2 long blockers, 2 short tight-fit blockers and 2 adjustable blockers
- 8 slide ramps
The kits are designed to fit between the wheel wells and slide out to the tailgate for quick access, and they work with drawer systems, bed slides and other custom installs.
Layouts for common jobs
- Maintenance technician: tool chest at the front, drill and test-equipment cases beside it, a parts bin and water cooler near the tailgate.
- Deliveries: blockers set in rows so boxes stay in drop order and the next one is always at the back.
- Site work: heavy items like generators or compressors blocked in at the front, materials behind, with a strap on anything tall.
Blockers move in seconds, so the same truck can be set up differently every day without tools. For busy layouts, blocker sets add six more blockers each.
